This is a recitation of Surah al Fatiha, Chapter one of the Qur’an. 

It is recited many times by Muslims in their prayers, the meaning is: 

All praise is due to Allah (God), Lord of the worlds, 

The Most Kind, the Most Merciful, 

Master (Owner) of the Day of Judgement,

You alone do we worship, and You alone do we ask for help, 

Show us the straight path, 

The path of those of whom You have favoured, Not of those who earn Your anger, Nor of those who go astray.
