Abu Ad-Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him said, “Shall I not tell you about what is more virtuous in degree than fasting, prayer, and charity?” They said, Of course!” He said, “Reconciliation between people, for verily, corrupted relations between people is the razor.” In another narration, he added, “It is the razor. I do not say that it shaves hair, but rather it shaves the religion.”

(Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Book of Resurrection, Number 2509, Sahih)

عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَفْضَلَ مِنْ دَرَجَةِ الصِّيَامِ وَالصَّلَاةِ وَالصَّدَقَةِ قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ صَلَاحُ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ فَإِنَّ فَسَادَ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ هِيَ الْحَالِقَةُ وَيُرْوَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ هِيَ الْحَالِقَةُ لَا أَقُولُ تَحْلِقُ الشَّعَرَ وَلَكِنْ تَحْلِقُ الدِّينَ

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ

سنن الترمذي كِتَاب صِفَةِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالرَّقَائِقِ وَالْوَرَعِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إياكم وسوء ذات البين فإنها الحالقة
